Key Changes in Incoterms 2020
  • DAT (Delivered at Terminal) has been replaced by DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded)
  • Insurance requirements in CIF and CIP have been updated with more comprehensive coverage for CIP
  • FCA now includes an option for the buyer to instruct its carrier to issue an on-board bill of lading to the seller
  • Security-related requirements have been added to transportation obligations and costs
